Yuncheng wood‑based powdered activated carbon (PAC) is fine black powder adsorbent manufactured from renewable wood‑chip biomass raw materials.
Distinguished by well‑developed mesopore and macropore structure, low ash content and adjustable acidic pH grades, it delivers outstanding performance for liquid‑phase decolorization and purification. Multiple grades with varied iodine value, methylene‑blue value, mesh fineness and pH are available to match sugar, beverage, plant extract and food‑refining projects.

Applications

Depending on the product grade and process conditions, wood-based powdered activated carbon can be considered for:

Sugar decolorization: Adsorption treatment during sugar and syrup processing.

Beverage decolorization: Decolorization of compatible liquid materials.

Food additives refining: Adsorption and refining applications, subject to the applicable product-grade and regulatory requirements.

Water treatment: Applications where the product grade meets the required treatment and water-quality specifications.

Wood‑based PAC is single‑dose powdered adsorbent, NOT designed for fixed‑bed adsorption towers; select pelletized activated carbon for tower‑based continuous adsorption.
