Description

Yuncheng coal‑based activated carbon pellets (also known as coal‑based pelletized / columnar activated carbon) are manufactured from high‑quality coal raw materials via extrusion and high‑temperature activation.
We supply cylindrical extruded pellets in diameters from 0.9 mm to 8 mm. Multiple grades with varied iodine value, CTC activity and other indexes are available to match diverse industrial adsorption and purification process requirements.

Our coal‑based pellet activated carbon is manufactured under strict QC procedures. Every production batch comes with Certificate of Analysis (CoA). MSDS safety datasheet is provided for export shipment. Third‑party lab inspection is supported before delivery.

Application

Wastewater treatment:Effectively adsorbs dissolved organic pollutants and color‑causing substances in industrial wastewater. Suitable for chemical, printing‑dyeing and other wastewater treatment projects.
Note: Actual removal performance depends on wastewater composition, temperature and operating parameters; proper grade selection is required.
Enviromental air purification:Suitable grades may be evaluated for selected gas-phase adsorption applications. Product selection should consider the target gases, concentration, humidity, temperature and required treatment performance.
Vapor Adsorption and Recovery:Selected grades may be considered for compatible vapor adsorption and recovery systems. Confirm adsorption capacity, operating conditions, regeneration requirements and safety compatibility before selection.
